Enrique Olvera's long-awaited Los Angeles taqueria is finally here, serving the Pujol chef's spins on classic street tacos and quesadillas in the back alley attached to Olvera's full-service L.A. restaurant, Damian. Suadero tacos, mushroom barbacoa tacos, fish flautas, and mole tamales highight seasonal California produce and come served with incredibly fragrant salsas (which, by the way, you can purchase along with moles for a bit of Olvera flavor at home).
