Busan-based Korean barbecue restaurant Dong Baek has finally arrived in Hong Kong! The store's interior combines traditional Korean elements with modern design, allowing diners to enjoy their meals in a comfortable environment. Dong Baek provides diners with a high-quality barbecue experience, and all ingredients used in their cooking are meticulously selected with the highest standards. Try out their signature flower pork belly slices which are sliced thinly to ensure they cook quickly, and are rich and fatty while being slightly sweet. As for other pork cuts, Dong Baek provides Jeju Iberico pork butt and shoulder, both of which have an even ratio of fatty to lean meat, as well as a lightly chewy texture. When it comes to beef, Dong Baek offers cuts of premium Hanwoo and Wagyu such as sirloin, ribeye, and beef belly. We highly recommend the rib cover meat, which is decadent and has a strong meaty flavour. Dong Baek also has a decent selection of seafood on their menu, such as fresh eel and large octopus which can be fired up on the grill.
