Celebrate “hump day” with great wine and bites at Time Out Market’s new Wine Cave, which will be hosting music sets by DJ Lion Dub, emceed by Lady M, every Wednesday from 6 to 9pm. If you don’t know the Market has turned one of its darling little nooks into a wine bar, replete with a few dozen varieties of vino (red, white and rosé) and a shiny red flywheel slicer shaves charcuterie for boards and sandwiches—Raclette, too! The Wine Cave also has a membership for $150, which includes 10% off and advanced notice on ticketed events; 10% any food item on Monday nights; priority seating for tasting events; and $10 Discounts on seasonal beer and wine. Get your salsa on for free every Thursday from 6-9pm on the fifth floor of the Time Out Market.  Instructor Marlene Veras will lead you through the steps to beats by percussionist Ronnie Roc for a solid foundation before you break out into a full-on salsa dance party with tunes from DJ Ray Suave. ¡Bailemos!

Enjoy a relaxing and fun Friday night out at Time Out Market’s fifth-floor rooftop bar, where you can play board games and foosball with friends and drink specialty cocktails like the Cranberry Cooler, and tastings courtesy of Jim Beam. There will also be sports and movies broadcast on the market’s projector screen and a lineup of resident DJs to keep the night buzzing. It launches Friday, October 7, and happens each Friday from 6 to 10pm.

Learn how to make the most delicious pizza from one of NYC’s best pizza joints, Fornino, at Time Out Market New York. Biweekly starting February 12, Fornino will lead a group of newbies in how to craft the perfect pie, from how to stretch the dough to how to spread the tomato sauce and top their pizza. Each crafted pie will be cooked in Fornino’s brick oven. In addition to Fornino hosting a pizza class, they would offer two varieties of salad and three varieties of pizza to be served on the buffet for the group. Dough-n’t wait to sign up!
